How to clean your energy

Dear reader
Here are some offerings from my 40+ years as a student of Master Mantak Chia.
This Taoist practice ritual is perfect for clearing away stagnant energy and strengthening your Aura’s natural defenses. You can do this 15-minutes routine anytime you feel drained, unbalanced, or exposed to negative influences.
Step 1: Energy Brushing (Cleansing Your Aura)
Activate Your Hands – Rub your palms together until warm and full of Qi.
Brush Your Energy Field – Sweep your hands down your head, shoulders, arms, torso, and legs, as if wiping away invisible dust.
Release – Shake your hands off, visualizing dark mist dissolving into the earth.
Repeat 3 times until you feel lighter.
Step 2: Solar Plexus Activation (Strengthening Your Aura)
Your solar plexus is the center of personal power and aura control point — when strong, it shields you from negative energy.

Focus on your solar plexus – This is the area just above your navel, where your inner fire resides.
Visualize a golden sun – Picture bright sunshine radiating from your solar plexus.
Connect it to the heavens – Imagine this golden light stretching upward, linking to the sun in the sky and drawing in its warmth.
Expand your aura – Let the sunlight shine outward, forming a protective shield around your body.
Send light to others – If you sense negativity from someone, instead of absorbing it, send them sunshine. This transforms their energy and prevents it from affecting you.
Receive higher guidance – The white light of your solar plexus makes you more visible to spiritual guardians, allowing them to guide and protect you more easily.
Stay in this energy for 1–2 minutes, feeling its power.
Final Seal & Gratitude
Place your hands over your solar plexus and say: “My energy is whole and untouchable. I am protected”.
Take a deep breath — you are now cleansed, empowered, and shielded.
